SHIPPING POLICY

WatchBoyz is an e-commerce store located in Cape Town, South Africa. We don't have walk-in premises.

WatchBoyz currently offers shipping to anywhere in South Africa. Our services will expand to the rest of Africa shortly.

​Local delivery can take between 1 - 3 business days on all orders placed before 11AM. These time frames are dependent on couriers.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive shipping confirmation emails notifying you of the status of your order every step along the way. You'll also be provided a tracking link that allows you to track your order directly on our website. We have a 100% success delivery rate and are confident you'll be satisfied with the entire proccess.

Please note that we deliver to your home or business door! We do not deliver to PO Boxes. We also do not ship on public holidays or weekends.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Ensuring our customers remain happy we offer 100% customer satisfaction and often go above and beyond the regulations as per the consumer protection act.

​If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return it in the first 7 days, provided the item and packaging are still in the condition that you received it in, no questions asked. Simply drop us a message or a call and we'll schedule a collection from you for the order to be returned to us!

We'll gladly refund your purchase with us if there isn't something else you wanted instead!

Our watches are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 3 months from the date of delivery and carry a 1 year manufacturers international warrenty. This applies to the watch casing and the contents within.

Straps and bands are considered wearable consumables and for various reasons are not covered by warranty.
