Please be vigilant when choosing a supplier. Having a valid warranty will save you the misfortune of having no recourse, should your product ever become defective. As the old saying goes: "If it looks too good to be true, it probably is."
All watches come with a warranty (period specified on product page) against manufacturers defects only. Manufacturers defects refers to incorrectly attached parts, improper materials etc. It does not cover misuse, damage or wear and tear from use. Should a warranty repair or replacement be requested, and damage is not reported to its full extent before we receive/collect a watch, the warranty will be void. ie, do not report a faulty movement when the watch was dropped and the movement shattered.
Batteries and straps are not covered by warranties.
Should you request assistance, Watchboyz will schedule an insured collection at which point the product will be returned to us and inspected by our watch makers.
Courier fees for the collection and return of the product are not covered under warranty.
HOW TO REPORT A PROBLEM:
All legitimate warranty and repair related queries should be emailed to email@example.com
- Please include photos or video in your email, from all sides of the product, to explain the issue in detail. We'll be happy to assist.
- Watchboyz will not be held liable for unreported damage or claims of damage that happend in transit when a product is returned to us.
- When additional damage relating to misuse is found, this will cause delays or rejection of repairs.
Warranty repairs can take up to 3 weeks dependant on which parts are required.
Due to the number of parallel imports in circulation, warranties are not transferable between owners.
Only the original purchaser with matching warranty card and order number will have claim to their warranty.
Watchboyz reserves the right to deny any and all warranty claims that are disingenuous or made in attempt to defraud us.
