WatchBoyz has warehouse facilities in Cape Town, South Africa. We do not drop-ship. This allows us full control over quality of products, service offering and lightning-fast dispatch times. Our couriers have 100% delivery success rates, no matter where you are in the world. We have partnered with the best, in order to deliver the best service that we can.
Unless an item is specifically MARKED FOR PRE-ORDER with a RED PRE-ORDER button instead of an ADD TO CART button, the item is in stock. In stock items will ship immediately while pre-orders are subject to factory availability and production lead times.

1. LOCAL SHIPPING (SOUTH AFRICA)
WatchBoyz offers door-to-door express shipping to anywhere in South Africa with THE COURIER GUY.
Economy shipping (2 to 4 business days) - R99
Expedited shipping (1 - 2 business days, but some regional areas may take longer) - R169
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 BUSINESS DAY of being placed. During busy operational times, it may extend to 2 BUSINESS DAYS. Any orders placed on a weekend will only ship out the next business day as couriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Note that some regional areas may require an extra day. This all depends on courier operations and routes. Watchboyz will not be held responsible for an extra day should you be in a regional area.
Soon after placing your order, follow-up emails will provide you with your tracking details. All orders can be tracked on our website via your tracking link or via the respective courier's website using your tracking number. All orders are processed immediately and booked for collection from WatchBoyz.Â
If for any reason you change your mind about a purchase after it has been shipped, the shipment can not be canceled or rerouted mid shipment. This is for security reasons. You'll need to receive the order with your unique delivery security pin code and then return it to us at your own expense. Courier fees may apply and will be non refundable.
COURIER DELAYS:
Watchboyz outsources delivery services. WatchBoyz and the courier companies operate as separate entities and have different policies and procedures. Therefore WatchBoyz will not be held liable for any courier delays whatsoever. Orders for weddings, birthdays, anniversary events, etc should be placed well in advance to ensure that in the event of a holdup, there is sufficient time to solve any issue in the unlikely event that one does arise. Orders can not be canceled mid-delivery as services rendered are already paid for by us. The client will need to receive the order and sign for it, and then return it to us as an unwanted gift.
Returns of this manner will be subject to deductions as outlined in our refund policy in order to recover transaction and courier fees. All orders placed on our website agree and are subject to these terms.
Inquiries regarding your shipment should be made directly with the courier companies that service us. All courier contact details are made available on your tracking link at the bottom of the screen, including your tracking number for your convenience.
Due to the nature of our shipping arrangements, our sales team can not contact the couriers on your behalf and all delivery inquiries and arrangements are to be made by the person signing off on the delivery.
